    You can find Vendy’s machines in convenient locations such as Sitia’s city center. Hopefully, we will have other stores in busy public areas across Crete (and soon beyond).

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay however you like — with coins, cash, debit or credit cards, and contactless options like NFC and mobile payments (Google Pay, Apple Pay).

  • What kind of products can I buy?

    Our machines offer a mix of popular snacks, soft drinks, and practical essentials — from power banks and cables to snacks and bottled water.

  • Are the products fresh and safe?

    Absolutely. All items are sourced from trusted suppliers and restocked regularly to ensure freshness and top quality.

  • How does night access work at Vendy’s locations?

    After hours, access to the Vendy’s store is available through a secure smart lock system. Customers receive a unique one-time access code via SMS after verifying their phone number. The code opens the door and grants temporary access to the vending area.

  • What if my access code doesn’t work?

    If your code doesn’t open the door, please wait a few seconds and try again. If the issue continues, you can contact our support team instantly via WhatsApp at +30 697 4839001 for immediate assistance.

  • What happens if I can’t exit the store?

    In the unlikely event that the door doesn’t open from inside, there’s an emergency release button near the exit. It guarantees safe manual opening. You’ll never be locked inside.

  • What should I do if I notice damage or vandalism when I enter?

    Please do not touch or move anything. Simply take a quick photo or short video if possible and contact us immediately through WhatsApp or e-mail, or via phone. Our system logs every access code, so your report helps us review security footage and solve the issue quickly.

  • How does Vendy’s handle my personal data?

    We only collect minimal information — such as your phone number or email — to verify access and prevent misuse. All data is encrypted, securely stored, and never shared with third parties, in full compliance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) regulations.
